• Please expect 3 - 5 Business Days for design completion. After the initial draft is sent to you for approval you will have 3 Free revisions to ensure the design meets your exact requirements. Additional design revisions are subject to an additional fee.

Please expect a 3-5 Business Days Shipping after your product has completed the design and production stages. You will be notified with a shipping code via email / your account with information about the expected delivery date from our 3rd Party Shipping provider.

Under no circumstances will Phase Print Media issue a refund or accent a return once an order is placed. We may only issue store credit upon approval cases.
